Department of Social Welfare and Development Undersecretary Emmeline Aglipay-Villar was a sight to behold as she modeled her custom suit from a Makati-based bespoke tailoring service.

The brand, which caters to the needs of women, posted a photo of Villar on its Instagram page and said it was honored that Villar trusted its CEO and Master Fitter Bel Salvosa to create a suit for her. Salvosa’s work reflected Villar’s leadership, grace, and strength, it said.

Villar herself commented on the post and said she gets praised whenever she wears the suit it made.
