REFUND POLICY
At SALVO Tailors, we take great pride in our commitment to delivering products of unparalleled quality and craftsmanship. We are confident that your purchase will exceed your expectations. However, should the need for a refund or exchange arise, rest assured that we are here to provide seamless assistance throughout the process.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
For add-ons and accessories, you may return them within ten (10) days of receiving the item(s) for an exchange or refund. Kindly email wecaresalvotailors@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please note that items damaged due to extensive wear and tear are not considered faulty. All returns and exchanges must be unused and returned in the original condition with tags attached and intact packaging.
Made-to-Measure
All garments purchased through our Made To Order service are non-refundable. As Made-to-Order garments are tailored to your specific size, they are exempt from our refund policy. Alterations are subject for approval by our tailors. We cannot accept items altered by other tailors including but not limited to, pockets added, button thread changed, sleeves shortened, monogrammed, engraved, or tapered. Additionally, alterations cannot be made to items, without additional charge, beyond three (3) months from the last visit, as body measurements may change during this time.

Colours
While we have endeavored to represent the colors as accurately as possible, please be aware that variations may occur due to lighting conditions and differences in computer monitors. We cannot guarantee that your screen or monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
For the most accurate assessment of colors, textures, and quality, we recommend viewing the swatches in person and to secure an appointment to discuss these with a professional – our Master Fitter and/or Senior Tailors.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Deliveries inside and outside the Philippines
We aim to deliver products to the specified delivery address within the timeframe indicated by available third-party couriers.
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or non-delivery caused by factors beyond Salvo Tailor’s control, such as, but not limited to: Incorrect Address Provided by you, Failed Delivery Attempts, Recipient Not Available for Signature, Weather or Natural Disasters, Customs Clearance Delays, Logistics Network Issues, Problems within the logistics network, Security Concerns. Salvo Tailors cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance or any additional charges that are incurred in relation to said delays. Any order that has to be returned back to Salvo Tailors due to unpaid tax or duty and any charges that Salvo Tailors is constrained to pay to have the items returned shall be deducted from the customer’s refund.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered within seven (7) days you’ve received your item. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the item’s loss or destruction.
Timeliness of Claim
If delivered goods are incorrect, damaged, defective, or of an incorrect quantity, Salvo Tailors shall have no liability unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the issue within seven (7) days of the delivery of the goods in question.
Returns
Store drop-off: Kindly arrange a slot with one of our representatives to ensure tailored assistance during your visit. All in-store returns will require a copy of your receipt.
Return by Mail: To return your product, the latter shall be shipped to: #7838 Makati Avenue, Brgy. Poblacion, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1210
Please return the item(s) to us by following the returns procedure as outlined by one of our representatives. Please indicate in the email the following information:
1) The item to be exchanged
2) The reason for the exchange
3) The colour and the size of the new item requested.
Please be advised that the availability of the requested replacement item cannot be guaranteed, however we will do our utmost to satisfy your request. You will receive an e-mail notification once the exchange process has been completed.
Please note that shipping costs for returning an item shall be borne by the client. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returned items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us. Ensure they are appropriately wrapped and secured. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting. Kindly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As it does not have control over the courier or shipping of the item, Salvo Tailors does not guarantee that it will receive the returned item.
